Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 3 Miles
Wednesday - 6 Miles
Thursday - Tempo Run: 30 Minutes
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 20 Miles (!!!)
Sunday - 3 Miles
I don't know if this says anything about the person that I've become in the last year, but I'm honestly looking forward to my first 20-mile run of this training cycle.
